6. Correction of congenital hand deformity eg

7. Arthroplasty of small joints

8. Flap coverage of upper limb

9. Excision of tumours eg.schawannoma, ganglion

Conditions treated:

1. General upper limb trauma eg. Complex elbow, wrist fracture 

2. Microsurgery  eg. Brachial plexus injury, finger replantation or re vascularisation, peripheral nerve repair and transfer, tendon transfer, flap coverage

3. Compressive neuropathy eg. Carpal tunnel, Cubital tunnel syndrome.radial tunnel syndrome 

4. Degenerative conditions of the hand eg. First CMC(thumb) arthritis, trigger finger, Dupuytren’s disease

5. Congenital hand deformity eg. Syndactaly, polydactyl, trigger thumb,club hand 

6. Sports injury to the wrist or elbow eg. Ligament instability,TFCC injury

7. Benign hand tumours eg. Lipoma, ganglion cyst, schawannoma, neurofibroma
