What is Hospital Connect?

Hospital Connect is an innovative healthcare programme that allows eligible patients diagnosed with Bronchitis, Influenza, Pneumonia or Dengue to recover comfortably at home under professional medical supervision.

Through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) technology and TeleConnect Centre support, your vital signs are monitored by our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. If any abnormalities are detected, our team will be prompted, who will then assess your condition and advise if a clinic or hospital visit is necessary.

This Programme is available for:

  • Patients who are diagnosed with Bronchitis, Influenza, Pneumonia or Dengue in the Emergency Department.
  • Patients who are confirmed by the Medical Officer as suitable for outpatient treatment.
  • Patients who have an approved Outpatient Guarantee Letter (OPGL) from AIA Insurance.
  • Patients who prefer to recover at home with professional monitoring support.

Convenient RPM Kit Delivery & Collection

Your remote patient monitoring kit is given to you upon discharge from the Emergency Department. After completion of the 48-hour monitoring programme, the kit may be returned to Emergency Department or collected from your home via Lalamove at your convenience. This makes the entire process hassle-free and convenient.
